Amethyst Lucite Bead & Lavender Faux Pearl Vintage Necklace

When I first saw this necklace, I thought it was garnet beads, but when you look at it in the light, it is clearly amethyst in color, but so rich as to appear dark red in some light.  These are lucite beads, with a dozen very pretty pale lavender faux pearls space along its length.  The pearls are set in a circular setting in which they spin freely.  Looking through my loupe, there is minor evidence of vintage wear on the pearls -- just some surface scratches -- these are not visible with the naked eye.  This necklace is 36 inches long.  No clasp for easy on and off.  No maker's mark.  The beads are 4mm in diameter and the pearls are slightly larger at 6mm.  A lovely piece to add to your vintage costume jewelry collection.
