Purple Galaxy Lucite? Vintage Pierced Earrings

These vintage pierced disk earrings remind me of a galaxy -- a metallic swirl of purple under clear lucite.  Shiny silver tone metal frames.  You may be able to see a spot on the left edge of one of the earrings -- this is a manufacturer's defect -- apparently someone dripped a tiny bit of the lucite and allowed it to dry, where it seems to be there forever!  Otherwise, these earrings are very clean and in excellent condition.  Unsigned.  The backs are missing, but I'm sure I have a pair in my stash that will fit and will be sure to include them with your purchase.

The earrings measure 1.5 inches in diameter.
